We are pleased to share our plate with the Oregon Just Transition Alliance (OJTA) for the month of March. OJTA is an alliance of communities on the frontlines of climate change, economic exploitation, and environmental racism. They bring together organizations committed to base-building in frontline communities. They gather to create ownership over our collective future and move Oregon toward an economy that works for all Oregonians while protecting our environment. 

In 2020, OJTA launched the Frontline Organizers Rising (FLOR) cohort, which organized a statewide Oregon Green New Deal Listening Tour; virtual listening sessions across the state to inform our next iteration of the Oregon Green New Deal. In January, OJTA launched the Oregon Clean Energy Opportunity including endorsement of several important bills in the Oregon legislature. We are grateful for the dedication of this diverse statewide coalition building toward livability for all communities.
