Greetings –
Our traditional church year is coming to a close, with the Summer Schedule of one service at 10:15 beginning June 9. Before that happens, though, we continue to be a busy, active community. The June 9 service is our Flower Communion and announcement of the UU of the Year at First Unitarian – acknowledging one of the many many volunteers who contribute to our church.
Let me update you on a few other happenings.

Our last board forum of the year on May 5 shared the Brittany Packnett Ware Lecture from 2018 GA. After the screening, we broke into small groups and had rich discussions of our take-aways and commitments for the future. You can view the lecture via this link.
The results from our congregational survey completed this spring are available on our webpage (link). Thank you to all 375 of you who completed the survey. It is of great help as we assess the ministry of our church and how well we are moving toward our vision and mission.
The last board meeting for this church year is June 6, 7:00pm, and is open to congregants. We will resume our board meetings on September 5.
As always, if you have questions or comments, you can email the Board.
Have a wonderful summer and I look forward to seeing you all in church . . .
In Gratitude,
Kathy Ludlow – Moderator, First Unitarian Board of Trustees
