Natural Forces – Natural Colors

I am looking for the gems that the natural world has to offer. Whether it be color and tone or the rush of wind and rain, I yearn to capture it, save it and express it. I am chasing the awe and wonder of it all, trying to capture the feeling I had at the moment I took the picture. These colors, these places, have all been meaningful over the last several years. It’s my hope that sharing these images with you may inspire you to feel something of the same.

These pictures were taken with a range of equipment, including Nikon D7100, Canon 5D Mark III, and occasionally my cellphone. I also employ the use of editing software such as Photomatix and Photoshop which allow me to combine multiple images and produce a final result impossible to create with one frame.
