🪷 Day of Mindfulness Retreat: Practicing Peace, Keeping Our Hearts Open

Join us for a contemplative day, preparing to feel connected, practice kindness, and relax deeply. We can find inner peace through simple practices that create calm at the center and open our hearts as we go through life’s challenges. During this retreat, we will draw on the teachings from the Heart Sutra and explore the meaning of engaged spirituality in our daily lives. Through guided meditation, mindful walking, deep relaxation, shared reflection, and moments of silence, we will enjoy being present with an open heart in a supportive community.
