Greetings and Happy Holidays, 

This is a busy time of year for our church with all of the holiday festivities and services.

Your Board has been busy too. We are keeping an eye on our vision and working on the board goals for this year. 

As a follow-up to our Annual Pledge Drive the board is making phone calls to all who have pledged. This is a rewarding task for us on the board to connect with congregants and simply say; “Thank You!” for your support of our beloved community. 

We have also begun reaching out to various church groups and organizations to arrange a time during one of their meetings for a brief discussion of board work and an opportunity for discussion of their questions and concerns.  We’ve met with all the choirs and will meet with the Alliance in February.  If you would like to invite a board member (or two) to one of your church organization’s meetings, please contact us via the board email listed below.  We’d love to come and talk with you.

The next board forum will be on February 24th and will focus on budgeting for the next church year.  Our Finance Committee will host it.

By next Moderator’s Letter we hope to update you on mid-year progress of our board goals.
