Our Mission

The First Unitarian Church Good Times Program helps make the Church a warm and welcoming community by facilitating fun, inclusive events. 

Upcoming Events

Dining Together: Get to know each other. Be a host once, a guest twice. Commit to all three Sunday get togethers, February 26, March 12, April 9. NOTE THE DATE CHANGES. Sign up sheet in Fuller Hall. Looking for six guests/hosts. Coordinator: Patricia Reynolds

Book GroupThe Book Group meets the 3rd Tuesday of the month, 7:00 pm, at First Church. The next meeting is Tuesday, February 21st. February's  selection is Just Mercy: A Story of Justice and Redemption, non-fiction, by Bryan Stevenson. The March book selection is fiction, Mary Coin, by Marisa Silver. Movie Group -

TGIF -  meets every Friday from 5-7pm at pubs in the Portland Metro area.

All activities are proposed, planned and led by congregants.

Submit an event proposal form with the following information:

Event Title

Date/Day

Start Time/End Time

Location

Number of participants

Last date to sign up

Age Restriction/Wheelchair Accessible

Directions and/or Instructions

Type of event: Drop in, RSVP to host, Sign up

Coordinator contact information (your name, phone and/or email)

Event proposal forms are available at the Good Times table.
